THE PROJECT
ARCHITECTS
The project’s breathtaking landscaping supplies pastoral moments of calm and peace at the heart of the vibrant metropolis. Designed by MAZA Architecture, which was entrusted with the planning of this unique urban space, the landscaping emphasizes clean and refined lines, with delicate natural materials that connect to the architectural language and emphasize both leisure activities and the overall experience. An eyecatching piazza is planned for the entrance to the complex, with a shaded boulevard that will link the project to Jaffa Street and serve as a local attraction and meeting point. At the heart of the project, a central garden will promote tranquil natural relaxation, with open and sheltered sitting areas. These sitting areas respond to the range of temperatures in the city, creating a unique microclimate that offers an immersive experience of peace and seclusion.
